How to order:

Send your list of items to order or for quotation (Item number, quantity, color….)

A pro-forma invoice will be sent for your reviewing and confirmation.

Order confirmation

Confirm your order by signed pro-forma invoice and send us in return.

The production will be started after receipt of the deposit for order.

Delivery time

Shipping date will be confirmed to each specific order. Our standards production time is 40 – 75 days.

With the ready stock, we can ship out in 10 days.

Minimum quantity of order.

We do not have minimum quantity per shipment, we can ship out 1 pallets or containers. We encourage the customers to buy full container to save the transporting cost (per products).

Minimum quantity for one item is 1 pallet.

Method of payments:

A 30% deposit of total value amount of confirmed pro-forma invoice is required for production starting.
The balance must be settled before the shipment arrived at the destination port.

Shipping documents to be provided:

Invoice in triplicate
Packing List in triplicate
Certificate of Fumigation ( ISPM 15)
Certificate of Origin ( If required)

Document release:

Shipping document will be posted by couriers ( DHL / FedEx / TNT) to your indicated office address or Telex Released at origin can be done upon requested.

Local charges:

As shipper we are in charge for local charges for a shipment included: Bill fee, Seal fee, THC, out of these charges ( AMS, ENS) will be covered by consignee ‘s account

Forwarder agent:

Since we are offering F.O.B Ho Chi Minh ports conditions, customers will appoint a shipping agent who will handle the shipment. Or we can help with the forwarder finding.
