Packing process

1. Packing of the order was planned at the time of pro-forma invoice making. The packing plan is given to the responsible people.
2. All pots are checked carefully before packing by stand-alone QC team.
3. Labels, hang-tag (if required) are applied after the checking.
4. Using cardboard to secure the smaller sizes and the whole set together with the string.
5. Putting the secured sets of pots on pallets. (half pallets or full pallets are used as required).
6. Secure the pots on pallets with string. If half pallet is using, we use more wood bar to connect 2 half pallets.
7. Apply shipping mark and the pallets are ready for loading.

The wooden pallets will be clean and fumigated to make sure all is correctly upon arrival at destination. The packing of the products will be done according to the required packing need and to optimize the loading.
